Returns & Exchange policy

Since we believe in the quality our products, we usually do not expect any returns. But personal preferences are always different. Because of many reasons you may want to return the delivered order.

At BigOnBuy, we value our customers feelings and their happiness is in our utmost priority. So incase you are not happy with your purchase for whatsoever reasons, you don’t need to worry. We offer you a very easy and hassle free returns. You will not face any financial loss because of the returns of your order. You are free to return the dress after trying the size and fit. We will not ask much questions related to your decision for return. The only thing we ask you is not to use the cloths or products.

There are some conditions to be met for a successful return. They are explained below.

  • The items shall be preserved in it’s original conditions with all the tags and packaging. The items shall be returned to us in a resalable conditions.
  • Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will carryout a thorough quality checks. If we find that the items are used, washed or the tags and packages are not in its original condition, the request for return, refund or exchange cannot be processed.
  • The request for returns shall be initiated and sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All the exchanges are subject to the availability of the stocks.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, tights etc cannot be returned or exchanged because of it’s intimate nature.
  • Jewelry items and ornaments also cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  •  All the return shipping costs shall be borne by BigOnBuy. However, if the returned items do not pass the quality checks, no refund will be initiated and the items will be shipped back to you.

How to initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange subject to the above mentioned conditions, login to my-account page and click the exchange button in your order details. Within 2 working days either or representatives or our delivery partners will contact you and collect the delivered items from you. Our delivery partners may conduct a preliminary quality checks before receiving the returns from you. Once the returned item are received at warehouse, our representatives also will conduct a quality check. Once the quality checks are passed, we will initiate a refund or exchange as required by you. All the exchanges are subject to the availability of the socks. If return pickups are not available at your area, you will be required to do self shipping of the items to return. If the return conditions are met after quality checks, your return shipping costs also shall be refunded by us.

In case of self ship, the shipping cost will be transferred to your shopping wallet. You have to scan and send us the supping invoice copy to [email protected]

Refund Policy
