Where is BigOnBuy located?

We are an Indian online shopping destination for the fashion and clothing products. Our office is located at Hawa Sarak, Jaipur, Rajastan. Our email addresses are admin@bigonbuy.com and bigonbuy1@gmail.com

Where are BigOnBuy's manufacturing facilities located? 

 We are sourcing hand picked products from various manufacturers located in different parts of India. We will be launching our own brand with own manufacturing soon.

How can I place an order on BigOnBuy?


Placing an order in bigonbuy.com is very easy. Select the item you intend to buy from our product page and click ‘Add to Cart’. Add as many products you want to buy. Once everything is added to the cart, click the cart button at top of the website and click ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER’ button. Fill in the required details and Pay for your order.

Once we receive your order, we normally conduct an address verification phone calls or chats, especially for Cash On Delivery orders. If the address verification is failed, the order will not be processed and will be cancelled automatically.


How will I know that my payment is received by BigOnBuy?

Once the payment process is over, you will get a confirmation message that your payment is processed and the order has been received by us. You will receive an order confirmation number through an email from BigOnBuy

How do I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at My Account page after logging into your account in www.bigonbuy.com. Once the order has been shipped, you will be updated with the shipment tracking number. The shipping updates will be sent to you through SMS also.

Do I need to signup or create an account with BigOnBuy to place an order?

Yes, You need to signup or create an account to buy from BigOnBuy. We are using mobile number and One Time Password (OTP) for login and registration. You don’t need to remember any user name or passwords.

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes. We do ship to most of the International locations.

How long will it take to deliver the order to me?

Normally, we process and ship your order within one working day. The shipping time may take 3 to 7 days depending on your location. The shipping may delay because of country wide or area wise lockdowns/curfews, epidemic or pandemic outbreak, natural calamities such as storms/ flood, Harthals/strikes etc.

How much do you charge for the shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING  for all orders within India.

For international orders, the shipping charge is Rs 1200.

What will happen if the ordered product becomes out of stock?

Usually, you cannot place an order for the products which are out of stock. But in case if the product becomes out stock after placing the order, we will notify you the same through email and refund of full order amount will be made to you.

Do you deliver to post box address?

No. We do not ship or deliver to PO Box. We need full physical address including street number, house details, pincodes etc for door to door delivery.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

You have option to change the shipping address before the order has been shipped

What are the reasons for not delivering the order to me?

The most common reason for not delivering the order to you is wrong shipping address. If the shipping address provided by you is wrong and if the order returned to us because of wrong shipping address, we will consider that the order has been closed and no refund will be initiated.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit or ATM card in BigOnBuy?

Yes. It is 100% safe to use your credit/debit or ATM cards in BigOnBuy. All the card payments are processed through safe and secured payment gateways using advanced encryption technology.

How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in My-Account page.The order can be cancelled within 6 hours after the purchase. After 6 hours , the order processing will be completed and order will be ready to be shipped.The order cannot be cancelled once its packed and made ready for ship. 

Procedure to cancel the order is given below.

  1. Login to My-Account Page.
  2. Got Orders and Click ‘Cancel Order’


If you see a message that the order cannot be cancelled, that means the order is already processed and is ready to be shipped.


What is your return policy?

We always deliver quality products which will make you happy and satisfied. So we do not expect any returns. But incase if you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you can return the products to us. Full product cost will be refunded. please read our refund policy for more details.

To return the order please login to My-Account Page. Then go to orders and click Return.


What is your refund policy?

The need for refund may arise if you cancel the order or return the delivered order. Full product cost will be refunded. please read our refund policy for more details.

For Card payments, the refund amount will be transferred back to the original payment method used to pay for the order. That means, the money will come back to your credit or debit card account. The refund duration may be up-to 10 working days depending on the banking partners.

For Cash On Delivery orders, no refund will be available if you cancel the order before it is shipped as you have not paid any money. 

For return of Cash On Delivery orders, the refund amount will be added to your shopping wallet for bigonbuy.com. You can view the shopping wallet at My-Account page after login. The wallet amount can be used for fresh purchases and cannot be transferred to you bank account or any other third party payment service providers. No cash will be sent to you through the delivery partners.
